My family is Originally from Columbus Ohio, in 1964 my family moved to Miami Florida,  spent 10 years there and moved back up to Ohio, I attended High school while working on a dairy farm, graduated, did some college and joined the Navy in 1980. My first duty station was Jacksonville Florida and I remained in Florida until I retired from the Navy. I moved to Melbourne/Palm Bay area 12 years ago from Key West. 



The reason  for moving to this area was simply for the great quality of life we have here in Brevard. The quality and reputation of the school system for my children was the major reason for moving to the County.

I have been in sales, mostly retail since retiring from the Navy. I owned and operated a successful picture framing shop and art gallery until I discovered my great interest in helping people buy and sell Real Estate, I am still active in the picture framing for a hobby.

I take great pride in being a professional, communication with my clients is top priority. Making sure each transaction goes smoothly is my ultimate goal. I frequently attend our Board of Realtors training classes to keep myself up to date in all aspects of RealEstate, such as; classes on writing contracts, negotiating skills and Ethics. I love what I do and I have made many friends resulting from my Real Estate deals. And I expect to make many more friends along the way to being the best possible Realtor I can be.
 I believe that being part of a team is good for everyones attitude towards striving to be the best. I am proud to be a part of National Realty where everyone works together, many many properties are bought and sold because of that team spirit.

I also like being involved with the community by being a Board member and Treasurer for our local Fleet Reserve Association (FRA) for Retired and former Navy, Marine Corps and Coast Guard Vets. We do scholarships for students in our local schools and we are involved with many events to support and honor our active/retired military veterns.

I am also a board member for the Country Estates Home Owners Association in my neighborhood where we strive to keep our neighborhoods clean and safe.
